When our daughter transitioned from an in-home nanny to daycare, Walnut Grove’s staff made the process smooth.  Stephanie, the director, has her finger on the pulse of everything at the center; she’s straightforward, easy to reach, and quite clearly cares for all her young charges.  Our daughter has quickly grown to love her teacher, Mrs. Nicole, whom she greets with smiles and hugs each morning.  Mrs. Nicole incorporates art, reading and music into her lesson plans for her toddlers.  She keeps order in the classroom in a firm, loving way.  She demonstrates respect and kindness to all her students.
My husband and I feel lucky to have found Walnut Grove -- we know our little girl is safe and loved there, when we can’t be with her.  And in fact, our daughter has such fun at WG that it’s hard to convince her that it’s time to go home at the end of the day!
