When our daughter transitioned from an in-home nanny to daycare, Walnut Grove’s staff made the process smooth. Stephanie, the director, has her finger on the pulse of everything at the center; she’s straightforward, easy to reach, and quite clearly cares for all her young charges. Our daughter has quickly grown to love her teacher, Mrs. Nicole, whom she greets with smiles and hugs each morning. Mrs. Nicole incorporates art, reading and music into her lesson plans for her toddlers. She keeps order in the classroom in a firm, loving way. She demonstrates respect and kindness to all her students.
My husband and I feel lucky to have found Walnut Grove -- we know our little girl is safe and loved there, when we can’t be with her. And in fact, our daughter has such fun at WG that it’s hard to convince her that it’s time to go home at the end of the day!

Walnut Grove was the best decision we could have made for our daughter's care. Our little one has been there since she was an infant. She is now in the Pre-K class writing her name and learning colors, numbers, and shapes. We've never once worried about her being in capable hands. The staff is always friendly and welcoming and quickly answers any questions or concerns about our child.

We switched to Walnut Grove from another preschool and are so glad we did. Our son has THRIVED in the Pre-K 5 class both socially and academically. The professionalism, caring environment, creative and engaging lessons, and the knowledge the staff has about the children are just a few characteristics that set Walnut Grove apart from others. Our family felt welcomed in to the Walnut Grove family from the day we first toured. We truly cannot say enough about how appreciative and grateful we are to Walnut Grove.
